Organically produced Karuppu kavuni rice is believed to increase bone strength and prevent bone related ailments. It contains anti-oxidants equivalent to blueberries. It cures the problem of loss of appetite in children and also rectifies nutritional deficiencies.

Instructions for use: Remove any natural preservatives like chilly or neem leaves added. Wash thoroughly. Soak the rice in pure water overnight or it can be soaked in hot water for 2 hours. If it is cooked in pressure cooker, then leave for 10 to 12 whistles.
