Description
Organically produced Thinai (Foxtail millet) is rich in iron content. Millet foods are alkaline, digests easily. Thinai has more protein, dietry fibre than rice, wheat and has high antioxidant activity.

Instructions for use: Take 1 cup of Thinai Dosa Mix in a vessel. Add little salt and 1.25 to 1.5 cups of water to make smooth batter. Mix it well so that no lumps are found. Keep it overnight for fermentation. Make dosa and serve hot.
