Instructions for use: Take 1 cup of mixed Millet Dosa Mix in a vessel. Add little salt and 1.25 to 1.5 cups of water to make a smooth batter. Mix it well so that no lumps are found. Keep it overnight for fermentation. Make dosa and serve hot.
