Instructions for use: Add lukewarm water, salt and oil to the wheat flour, knead it until soft and pliable. Once the dough is ready, cover it with a barely damp cloth and rest it for 15-20 minutes. Then make balls of the required size and roll over it till flat using a rolling pin. The dough is now ready to make soft chapati.
